Tara Campbell, MSc PT

Tara is a sports and pelvic floor physiotherapist who works in-clinic at BodyCo Toronto. She treats all types of injuries and issues specializing in Pelvic Health, Pregnancy & Postpartum Recovery & menopause.

She is certified as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and is passionate about educating her clients in a way that allows them to have more autonomy and to use what they learn in all aspects of their life.

Many of the painful & uncomfortable issues people suffer from during pregnancy and postpartum can be treated and prevented with a better understanding of the core, the pelvic floor and how our body works as a whole.

Ideally, every pregnant & postpartum person has access to in-person Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy to get an individualized assessment and care plan to help them best prepare and recovery from pregnancy. 

The Maternix Method is an excellent addition to this care as well as a helpful substitute if access to a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist is not available to you.
