Welcome to Maternix

Did you know that 1 in 3 females experience urinary incontinence and issues like pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and low back pain postpartum? These pelvic floor issues prevent people from participating in activities reducing quality of life and taking a toll on their mental & physical health.

The good news? Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy can treat and even prevent these conditions!

That’s why I created THE MATERNIX METHOD.

As a pelvic floor Physiotherapist I continue to see the lack of support people receive for pelvic floor symptoms during Pregnancy & beyond and I wanted to change that.

The Maternix Method offers affordable & accessible Pelvic Health Education and Exercises for pregnant & postpartum people so you can get back to the things you love without Pelvic Floor issues!

Everyone deserves quality pelvic health care.

The Maternix Method aims to help people feel confident & comfortable in their bodies before, during and after pregnancy.
